One of the beautiful aspects of the God Story is the idea that there is an ultimate return from our captivity. Take any movie with a satisfying end – an ultimate optimal conclusion – and try to imagine how to multiply it a billion times. This is the final destination for the earth itself and the human race: a return to God’s Country, where what has been lost will be eclipsed by what we have found. Our days of captivity will be remembered no longer! A four hundred year silence precedes the unfolding of the final three Epochs. And the first coming of the Light!
